The USF Oracle
As the Advertising Coordinator & Graphic Designer for the USF Oracle, I designed covers for our special e-editions. I created these in Illustrator and then animated them in InDesign. Below are two of the designs for the Spring Break Edition, Housing Guide, and Orientation Edition. These are created in 4 sizes for our e-edition cover, website, social media, and newsletter. All are created as a static image and animated GIF.
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida
As a Communications Intern at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, I further developed my skills in graphic design. I used programs such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop for these projects. Some graphics I have made are for digital monitors across manufacturing and distribution locations, magazine ads, event brochure ads, POS, program logos and brand materials, and social media platforms (you can find these designs under the "Social Media Marketing and Design" tab!)
Below is the logo lockup I created for Coke Florida's new Refreshing Minds Scholarship. This program is a ten-year commitment to award graduating high school seniors with scholarships to attend a Florida public four-year university, two-year college, or technical/vocational school. The newly established Coke Florida Refreshing Minds Scholarship, a $2.8M partnership with Florida Prepaid College Foundation, will cover tuition and most fees for 250 economically disadvantaged students over the next ten years.
Over the course of my internship with Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, I demonstrated my creativity and skills in graphic design. Because of this, leaders and executives recognized those by asking me to develop the logo and brand for the Refreshing Minds Scholarship.
The brand standards below are the guidelines I created in partnership with Coke Florida leaders and advisors of the scholarship program. I presented and brainstormed in ideation sessions with executives and senior leadership to effectively create the big idea for our program by bringing to life our brand voice and style. I designed this using Adobe Illustrator and will be sent to all partners of the Coke Florida Refreshing Minds Scholarship to ensure our program is represented well.
Below is a flyer I produced for the Refreshing Minds Scholarship program. This flyer was sent to our partners- Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Florida and the Florida Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs- to be handed out to students and parents in their clubs.
Below is the POS material I created for the Refreshing Minds Scholarship. I developed this for various stores around Florida in an 11x17 Case Card (shown below), 12x6 Shelf Talker, 5x7 Static Cling, and 5x7 Table Tent. All versions were created in an English and Spanish version. For the Spanish versions, I partnered with our translation agency to effectively create the designs.
Below is a design I created with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for a magazine ad. This ad was featured in Florida Trucking Association's monthly magazine.
